Hello, I’m Abdul-Karim Sandari, the proud owner and president of Sanga Estates Limited. Born and raised in Ghana, I moved to New York in 2004 seeking new opportunities. The journey wasn’t easy; I navigated a new country and a series of jobs, including construction work, to build a life for myself. Over the years, I founded a construction company and eventually started Sanga Estates Limited, combining my love for Ghana with my experience abroad.

Located in the vibrant area of Ablekuma, Accra Ghana, Sanga Estates offers a blend of modern and vintage African-style vacation rentals. Our property is conveniently situated just 40 minutes from Kotoka International Airport. Whether you’re here for a short stay or a longer visit, we have the perfect accommodation for you.

Our Offerings

• Accommodation Options: Choose from our fully furnished Ensuite studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or duplex apartments. Each space is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and a touch of African elegance.
• Shared Facilities: For guests staying in our studio apartments, we offer a communal kitchen and laundry facilities. Our outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxation and socializing.
• Special Services: Enjoy our exclusive services, including airport shuttles to and from Kotoka International Airport, group trip shuttles, foreign exchange, breakfast, and meals for groups.

French toast, egg any style, non-pork sausage, wedge style fried yams with shito.

Oatmeal, egg any style, non-pork sausage, wedge style fried yams with shito.

Spicy/sour Ghanaian porridge (coco), Ghanaian breakfast donuts (bofrot), non-pork sausage, eggs any style. 

Combo 4 

Pancake, egg any style, non-pork sausage, wedge style fried yams with shito. 

 Complimentary. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, non alcoholic drink, Bread slice, Butter, Jam, Honey, Ketchup, mayonnaise, shito.

Our rates ranges from $30-$150 per night (including access to all amenities).
